What's the matter?
The federal appeals court temporarily reinstated Trump's most extensive tariffs on Thursday when the US President made his statement.
A day after a US trade court blocked Trump's duties for exceeding his power he received fresh support when an appeals court ruled on the matter.
‘Horrific decision’
The US Court of International Trade ruled against America's essential tariffs but the full 11 Judge Panel on the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit Court halted this decision from the Manhattan-based Court of International Trade according to Trump's social media statement.
Trump attacked the judges who blocked the Trump tariffs initially by questioning their origins and asking "Where do these initial three Judges come from?" What allowed them to inflict such possible harm upon the United States of America? Could the judges' actions stem from anything other than their hatred for “TRUMP?”
The Federalist Society has let me down because they provided poor advice regarding several Judicial Nominations. This is something that cannot be forgotten!
